About us at Towne House Clubhouse

In existence since 1987, Towne House, a program of Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health, is a Clubhouse model, vocational rehabilitation program supporting people with mental illness to return to work, achieve their goals, and contribute to their greater community by showcasing and growing their many talents and skills. We support people with mental illness in the cities of Fall River, Somerset, Westport, Freetown, and Swansea.

Our Clubhouse is accredited by Clubhouse International and follows the international standards. Our Clubhouse consists of three units: the Operations Unit, the Administration and Employment Unit, and the Culinary Unit.

Location Info

Located right on President Ave in Fall River right next to the rotary. The Clubhouse is located in the plaza with McDonalds and Newport Creamery in the front. Towne House is located in the back of the parking lot behind the Rocky Ace hardware and attached to the left of the laundromat.

Hours

8 AM - 4 PM

1. Schedule a tour. Call 508-672-2023

2. Ask your medical / psychiatric / therapeutic provider to fill out the Axis 1 form. Submit by mail, drop off, email (amy.fermi@elwyn.org) or fax(508) 672-205.

3. Schedule an intake / enrollment day with the Admin Unit to complete necessary paperwork.

4. Join the Clubhouse!
